Manufacturing of parts with complex and functional shapes. The part is manufactured in one single step, with no need for assembling. In other words, through the metal 3D printing method, the part is produced in one single step, eliminating the assembly process of different components to make up the final product.This result is impossible to obtain by conventional manufacturing processes.







Light and hollow structures


The LaserCUSING® technology allows the production of light and hollow structures, eliminating the internal filling of the part, assuring the mechanical and dynamic resistance of the parts, as well as their durability.






No mold required


3D Metal Printing eliminates the need for molds to produce parts. Production of unique and unusual parts. With this technology, there is no limit to the number of parts that can be produced. There are no maximum or minimum quantities.






Green technology


This technology significantly reduces waste of materials. With the LaserCUSING® technology, all the remaining metallic material from the production process is reused.






Design modifications with no functional changes

HOW DOES IT WORK?



The LaserCUSING® technology is used to create high-precision mechanic metallic components. With this technology, the object is produced through the laser fusion of successive layers of metallic powder.
  
The data is obtained from 3D CAD files.

... Sintering


The LaserCUSING® process is similar to the sintering process.

However, the main difference is that LaserCUSING® technology allows reaching the materials fusion point, reducing the degree of porosity.

This way, it is possible to obtain close to 100% density.








... Metal Casting 


Metal casting has been one of the most commonly used methods to produce complex metallic parts.


However, this process requires the production of one or more molds (for each component of the part), which means a higher production cost.

Parts manufactured through this process have a lower density.


Metal 3D printing technology eliminates the need to produce a mold, furthermore allowing different geometries to be produced simultaneously (in one single production step). Parts produced by metal 3d printing have close to 100% density.

The production of parts using laser 3D printing has advantages over the traditional CNC machining method.

Main advantages:

- Reduced volume and weight of the parts;

- Reduced waste.
